Vitamin C

Vitamin C is important for the immune system and plays an crucial role in reducing free radicals. These form in every cell, i.e. during the energy generation process.

»The renal threshold
Water soluble vitamins cannot be stored by the body. They are excreted via the kidneys. The renal threshold is 100 mg vitamin C. Higher concentrations are lost. When using powders and supplements without long term function up to 80% of vitamin c is prematurely excreted!

» Long-term effect
Decisive for a good tolerance is the preparation. Constant blood levels guarantee an improved bioavailability and thus a uniform cell and immune protection.

»The matrix
With this particular tablet form a new kind of vitamin C long term release was developed. It consists of a scaffolding-like structure of indigestible cellulose, which releases only the at the surface lying vitamin C and a continuously releases the vitamin in small amounts over 6 - 8 hours. Higher vitamin C single doses may be consumed without taxing stomach and kidney.

Recommended consumption:
Take one pill with fluids in the evening.

At night no food is ingested, but many biosynthesis functions take place in the early morning and are vitamin C dependent. Overnight demand can be covered awith Vitamin C Asara matrix.
